Shopping & Delivery

How do I place an order?

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately, and we’ll try to update the address.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards.

Currently, payments are one-time only at checkout, but we accept multiple secure online payment options and COD.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes! You have 5 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the product is unused, in original packaging, and with tags.

Are all items eligible for return?

Some items like perishables, custom or personalized products, beauty items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after your return is approved.
